Being first generation American from a Greek family, my interest in food runs deep with Old World influences….good food and lots of it, good friends, dancing, singing and laughing.

When I left home at the age of nineteen, my first roommates were the Grandsons of a French restaurateur. We threw legendary parties, and food always played a key part. Along the way I learned a very important lesson: Women love a man who can cook. It was either my pizza or lamb souvlaki that won my wife’s heart.
